Experteer Overview In this role you will manage and improve compensation programs across the EMEA region, partnering with HR and business leaders to maintain market competitiveness. You will support pay practices, offers, promotions, and incentive plans while ensuring compliance with local laws and agreements. You will lead or contribute to compensation projects, salary surveys, and the annual compensation processes, delivering data-driven insights to leadership.
