About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving top-of-funnel activity by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers. You will play a critical role in building pipeline and ensuring our Account Executives (AEs) are set up for success with well-qualified opportunities.
Responsibilities
* Research and identify potential leads within our ideal customer profile (ICP) using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, events, and communities
* Execute multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) with clear and compelling messaging
* Conduct short discovery calls to assess needs, challenges, and fit
* Qualify and route prospects to the appropriate AE with clear context and documentation
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Attio) and ensure prospect data and activity are up to date
* Track and report on key metrics related to pipeline development and outreach effectiveness
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, business development, or lead generation (agency or in-house)
* Proven ability to self-source leads and book meetings with decision makers
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly on LinkedIn and email
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Familiarity with CRM systems, sales engagement tools, and prospecting platforms
* Native or near-native proficiency in English (C1/C2)
* Bonus: Experience selling AI, productivity, or collaboration tools
