About the role
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer for cross-platform software development projects. Reporting directly to the Product Owner, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and functional digital experiences aligned with the company's objectives.
This role involves close collaboration with Product and Development teams, as well as key stakeholders, actively participating in the entire product lifecycle.
Your mission
- Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes (low and high fidelity).
- Define and maintain design systems and style guides.
- Translate functional and business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Validate designs through usability testing and propose continuous improvements.
- Participate in research processes: interviews, usability tests, behavioral analysis, etc.
- Ensure visual and experiential consistency across products.
- Support the development team during implementation.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Developers, Support team, and stakeholders.
- Document processes and ensure documentation remains up to date and useful.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer in cross-platform software projects.
- Solid knowledge of UX principles, usability, and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or similar.
- Experience working with UX metrics and analytics.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Ability to present and justify design decisions.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
- Updated
portfolio.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and a high level of English (written and spoken).
Desirable
- Experience designing complex systems such as ERP or back-office platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
