What You'll Do You will provide commercial and category/product support for Wilson's Racket business in EMEA. The Commercial Manager will analyze channels and customers across EMEA to identify growth opportunities, enable the sales team to meet KPIs, and develop commercial strategies aligned with global and regional goals. You will lead specific actions including: S&OP reviews, engaging with the Global Team, and managing projects assigned by your manager. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Be an expert in understanding category ranges, key products, distribution, end-user benefits, and price/value relationships within the EMEA region. Own the commercial plans for specific categories in collaboration with the RCM. Validate regional range plans and product mix against consumer and channel targets. Build market understanding through field visits at TM and KA levels. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Demand, and DSC on forecasting and inventory planning. Lead strategies for end-of-life inventory and inventory management. Lead monthly EMEA S&OP calls with HQ to share business updates and forecasts. Create reports and dashboards for decision-making, utilizing tools like SQL, Excel, Power BI, and Tableau. Develop business tools with Sales Ops and KAMs to facilitate sales processes. Ensure TMs have the right tools for converting retailer demand into sales and maintain EMEA product range assets. Provide consumer insights and product opportunities for future planning. Support sales meetings with product expertise and lead product & commercial meetings with key accounts. Coordinate with Sales Ops, Demand, and Supply teams for range planning and system setup. Maintain communication with warehouse to ensure timely delivery and launch readiness. Ensure smooth operational deployment, inventory allocation, and system setup for products and catalogs. What We're Looking For A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field, plus 3 years in category/merchandising/product management.
