Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an OCM Lead responsible for leading Organizational Change Management planning and ensuring the successful adoption of Informatics products and solutions. As a member of a dynamic and globally focused team, the OCM Lead will leverage their understanding of business needs and affiliate experience to effectively plan for and manage change initiatives.

Responsibilities
* Communication Strategy & Execution : Create communication strategies to inform and empower impacted audiences for IT-driven changes. Partner with senior stakeholders globally to influence organizational behavior change and compliance. Develop effective communication campaigns, simplify processes, and advise on project communication plans.
* Change Management Strategy : Apply organizational change management concepts to communication plans involving individual and organizational behavior change. Conduct impact analyses, assess readiness, identify stakeholders, and manage resistance. Build awareness and advocate for change across all Informatics users and stakeholders.
* Consultation & Business Partnership : Act as a partner to domain and product line leads, providing input to product roadmaps and resource management to achieve efficiencies and synergies.
* Change Teamwork : Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient workflows, share knowledge, and align deployment timing with business cycles and communications.
Skills
* Experience with multimedia content creation using AI-assisted tools and video editing.
* Excellent relationship-building and collaboration skills, capable of inspiring diverse teams.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas simply.
* Outstanding project management and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
* Proactive approach, with expertise in business partnering and consulting.
* Knowledge of emerging technologies and ability to translate technical jargon for users.
* Experience with organizational change management practices, instructional design, and Agile methodologies.
Qualifications : Master's degree or equivalent in a related field (preferred). At least three years of relevant experience in organizational change management.
