Wording Operations Specialist (ServiZurich)
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Barcelona, working with our global wording library and digitalization projects.
Responsibilities
Establish and maintain the global wording/endorsement library for multinational products.
Assist in the development and maintenance of templates and clauses for policy documents.
Support Technical Underwriting with opening new product capabilities or onboarding new network partners.
Plan and facilitate new wording roll outs and upgrades of existing products in collaboration with the project team and technical underwriting.
Manage and communicate process changes to stakeholders and collect feedback about product and process improvements.
Organize and provide training support as needed.
Work closely with the wording digitalization project team.
Reflect product / process changes in internal tools (Inspire, MIA, etc.).
Participate and assist with UAT.
Analyze current country and network partner capabilities including portfolio landscape.
Run and analyze various reports as needed.
Qualifications
Education diploma in Business Administration, International Business, Law, or equivalent.
Insurance or legal background preferred but not essential.
Previous experience working in a multinational environment (an asset).
Well organized with strong attention to details.
Effective communicator – both written and verbal.
Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence in working closely with colleagues from across many countries and various areas of business.
