In this Marketing Manager role, you will drive consumer insights, category strategy, and fragrance concepts for Spain and Portugal. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate market data into compelling client presentations and differentiated marketing programs.

- Develop consumer and market understanding for Spain and Portugal and share insights with cross-category teams
- Identify opportunities to create new fragrance concepts and visual directions for client brands
- Prepare category reviews and trend presentations translating insights into strategies
- Present Givaudan value proposition to clients through tailored presentations
- Collaborate with Sales and Evaluation to define olfactory directions and support client briefs
- Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and presentations to support business development
- Design and support marketing programs to differentiate Givaudan in the marketplace
- Demonstrate knowledge of fragrance trends, products, competitors, and technologies at regional/global levels
Responsabilidades
- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a strong asset
- Minimum 5 years in marketing or related role, ideally in fragrance, FMCG, or creative industries
- Experience on both agency and client sides is a plus
- Strong grasp of B2B and B2C marketing principles and channels
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creative mindset with analytical rigor to translate insights into strategies
- Collaborative with ability to build relationships across functions and geographies
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and market visits
