Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
* Collect, organize, and summarize data from various sources, including market research, customer feedback, and internal reports.
* Maintain and update the CRM system with relevant sales and customer information.
* Draft and distribute email communications to executives, sales teams, and clients.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and presentations for the sales team.
* Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
* Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
* Manage calendars and travel arrangements for sales executives.
* Provide logistical support for sales events and meetings.
* Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
* Analyze data to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement.
* Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and initiatives.
* Support the sales team with the development of sales materials and presentations.
Candidate Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
* Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Physical Requirements
This job is performed in a professional office environment. The employee will largely be sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee may occasionally need to move around the office, reach in any direction, lift or move objects up to forty (40) pounds.
