* You have a sales ability & drive to reach out to SMB companies in different ways and make them win customers.
The Role
As a BDR, your role will be related to creating and enhancing new opportunities and deals via prospection channels.
On a typical day, you will...
* Try to convert outbound leads through the different prospection channels.
* Align with the growth team about the ICP’s and prospects we should reach out to: databases, events, tools, methodologies.
* Work alongside AE’s to convert deals into meetings and decrease sales cycle.
* Inject information and keep our CRM (Hubspot) clean.
* Try to reactivate dormant or non-active deals.
* Through analysis, make sure we understand the reasons behind closed-lost leads and create a feedback loop between the growth and sales teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
* Achieve organizational goals, monthly quotas and objectives.
Salary range
This role has a total gross package of 20.000€ to 25.000€ (plus other benefits & perks).
The stages for this hiring process are:
* CV Screening;
* Interview with People;
* Case study with Head of Sales + GM Spain;
* Final interview with co-founder.
