Key Responsibilities:
- Application of formal change architectures, models, and framework
- Measurement of short- and long-term business outcomes related to organizational change
- Designs effective change p lans to drive successful adoption of the change within the organization
- Quantitative and qualitative analyses to implement data-driven change models
- Identification and alignment of relevant stakeholders
- Distribution of timely and relevant information through an integrated, attractive, and comprehensive communications strategy
- Development and execution of strategic training plans to prepare individuals for success during and after the change
- Assessment of organizational readiness and current state vs. future state gaps
- Management of OCM activities and deliverables within the context of a larger project/program
- Executing communications and training strategy
- Measuring adoption success of new technologies implemented
Qualification
- Knowledge of change management frameworks and methods, including assessing readiness
- Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to inform decision-making
- Ability to assess training needs and produce training materials (skills in using online learning tools are welcome)
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and communicate information/strategy to multiple stakeholders
- Results-driven and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with organizational design
