En estos momentos, en los que la compañía se encuentra en crecimiento, estamos en búsqueda de Director de Producto a nivel Global,
cuya Misión fundamental de puesto es :
Reportará al Director Técnico y de Estrategia y en colaboración con el mismo, será el encargado de poner en marcha y dirigir el proceso de desarrollo de nuevos productos de seguros masivos en todas las geografías, siguiendo la política de ciclo de vida del producto, la estrategia general de seguros, establecimiento del Pricing.
También coordinan las actividades de comercialización y venta relativas a los productos de seguros específicos de la empresa.
Además, será el encargado de informar al equipo de ventas (o al departamento de ventas) sobre los productos y nuevos desarrollos.
Principales Funciones :
Liderar los proyectos relacionados con la creación de nuevos productos, la administración técnico-actuarial de los productos ya desarrollados, incluyendo su adaptación y estudio de mejoras.
Así como realización del calculo actuarial, y el desarrollo de propuestas o ajustes del condicionado de las pólizas
Movilizar a las áreas involucradas con especial criticidad en el alineamiento y cumplimiento de las normativas en materia aseguradora y de distribución de seguros.
Desarrollo técnico actuarial y legal, mantenimiento, cálculo y presentación de propuestas ad hoc para operaciones nuevas.
Realizara las auditorias con los socios aseguradores
Coordinar el avance correcto de la implementación de nuevos productos o cambios / ajustes en proyectos existentes, gestionando desviaciones, riesgos, cambios de alcance y dedicaciones.
Diseño, elaboración de los protocolos y contratos, creación de la plataforma y puesta en marcha desde cero, junto al Departamento de IT.
Gestionar los flujos de comunicaciones con las áreas involucradas en la posible gestión de reclamaciones de los clientes.
Aprobar o escalar casuísticas que requieren revisión. Búsqueda de soluciones para todo tipo de seguros.
Generar documentación para los Comités de Gobernanza de productos y mantenimiento de los ficheros de productos
Controlar regularmente el performance técnico de Productos y Campañas.
Desarrollo, implantación, gestión y control de los productos en todos sus parámetros y ayuda al Área Comercial en la comercialización de este.
Negociación con todos los partners que han colaborado en la puesta en marcha del producto.
Formación interna a todo el Departamento Comercial.
Requisitos para realizar bien tu trabajo
Formación preferiblemente de Actuario, Matemáticas o ADE con especialidad en Actuariales
La persona seleccionada deberá aportar al menos 3 años de experiencia en una Agencia de Suscripción, realizando funciones similares, valorándose muy positivamente provenir de MGU o MGA, o haber trabajado como Responsable de Suscripción.
Sera deseable que venga de Seguros de Daños.
Disponibilidad para viajar en caso de requerirse por las distintas geográficas
Nivel muy alto de inglés.
Deseable poseer el titulo nivel 1 de Seguros
