As an ER Specialist, you will work closely with the ER Manager to establish and implement all employee relations strategies and processes to secure the market's ER implementation policies towards internal staff, external organizations, and legal authorities in order to contribute to a satisfactory and motivating work environment and to minimize business risks. Some of your responsibilities will be: Ensure the company is compliant with all local legislation regarding employee working conditions. Maintain relations with worker's associations and unions. Support management to handle and prevent employee issues. Being a business partner to the organization participating actively with ideas to enhance the customer experience. We are looking for someone with: An inspiring communication style and great negotiation skills. The ability to deal with high-pressured situations. An open mind, willingness to work as part of a team and a flexible mindset. Qualifications What you need to succeed: Law degree in Spain (Employment Law Master or similar is valued). Fluent in English and Spanish. Preferably an experience between 3 to 5 years, acquired in a law firm and/or in a similar role in a multinational company. Experience on the following tasks: - Legal advice on employment contracts, salary and Social Security, among other topics. - Interpretation of collective bargaining agreements. - Draft legal reports and legal communications to employees - Assistance and representation before Labour Administrations.
