We are looking for a Trade & Shopper Marketing Head Iberia professional to work in a multinational company. Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life.
Act as a strategic interface between Marketing and Sales translating Brand Strategy into Category, Channel & Customer plans.
Your Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Develop, produce, coordinate recommendations and control BTL programs, POS materials and trade communications at national/regional levels of company Brands in-store.
* Co-lead effective planning of sales cycles and coordination of respective brand priorities within each cycle together with marketing under the leadership of sales.
* Coordinate & execute all activities performed by outsourced training and merchandising force to ensure the sellout growth of company Brands in-store.
* Collaborate with Customer Excellence in continuously advancing trade channel capabilities.
* Channel Selection: Development together with sales of Channel Strategies & implementation plans to deliver sales growth with all significant customers.
* Category Insights: Lead initiatives to drive category management, cross-selling opportunities at all potential points of sale.
* PromoStrategy: Analyze the efficacy and profitability of the different promotional programs implemented to drive sales and market share growth.
* A&M: Analysis & Communication of results and sharing learnings from local & global best practices for future improvements.
* POS: Develop & Execute the ISPOS.
* Develop, own and timely share knowledge of all channels within Iberia Market.
Who you are
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
* Minimum of 7 years of combined experience in trade marketing and sales in OTC and/or FMCG industry with solid track record of success.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams to success.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with a comprehensive category and retail customer knowledge are essential.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis and market research tools.
* Innovative mindset and the ability to think creatively to drive results.
* Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
* Spanish & English required. Portuguese is a plus.
