Reporting to the Director of Product Management, Global DTC eCommerce, this Product Manager will serve as a crucial link between our Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engineering and Global Marketing teams, facilitating our most significant and rapidly expanding marketing channels: CRM. As the driving force behind roadmap prioritization, scoping new opportunities, ROI analysis, and process management, you will have the authority to shape the meaning of omnichannel personalization across e-mail, website eCommerce, customer care, and acquisition channels for Fossil at scale across our 6 brands and 25+ regions.
In this role, you will:
* Act as a liaison between engineering and business stakeholders (global marketing, eCommerce, analytics, legal) to gather insights, align objectives, and drive the CRM and personalization roadmap
* Develop planning and ROI analysis frameworks, ensuring that OKRs and KPIs align with broader digital strategy goals and revenue targets
* Oversee end-to-end solution implementation of omnichannel personalization projects, encompassing lead generation, e-mail (both transactional and commercial), website, customer care, third-party integrations, and post-purchase journeys
* Influence the evolution of audience strategy and activation by reporting performance and recommending new growth opportunities aligned with consumer needs to global marketing and IT partners
* Manage JIRA operations: own blueprints for new features/enhancements, articulate clear business requirements, and establish acceptance criteria for engineering
* Define and lead the working team in adopting Agile frameworks, fostering capacity transparency, deployment cadence, and a robust QA process
Who You Are:
* Technical Expertise: You bring over 3 years of technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, showcasing your mastery in email studio, journey builder, data extensions, Einstein configurations, AMPscript, and SQL Queries
* Consumer-Centric Marketer: With a passion for data and A/B testing, you boast over 2 years of experience in email marketing, paid media, and/or brand marketing. Your focus is always on delivering a consumer-centric approach
* Seasoned Product Manager: As an experienced product manager, you offer more than 5 years of product management expertise, preferably in the retail or direct-to-consumer space
* Data Integration: Your background includes successfully integrating consumer data across multiple Marketing Technology platforms
* Agile Proficiency: Comfortable in various Agile frameworks, including SCRUM and Kanban, you navigate seamlessly through collaborative processes
* Process Optimization: Your skill set includes optimizing and improving processes, always with an eye on designing for scale
* Prioritization Expert: You are an expert in prioritization, adept at keeping yourself, the team, and stakeholders unblocked and focused on the highest impact work
