Job Description:
The Asset Management and Process Digitalisation department of the Innovation directorate leads the development and deployment of solutions that support the management of asset information across the lifecycle of the asset. We carry out from proof of concepts and pilots related to innovative technologies (Extended Reality, digital twins, simulation, etc.) to the deployment and support of scalable solutions across the different business units of Ferrovial. We are looking for a temporal programme manager position to join the team.
The main functions of the candidate will be;
* Leading innovation programmes to demonstrate how different technological solutions can add value to different use cases across Ferrovial business units.
* Management of internal and external (Suppliers, partners) resources, defining priorities and supervising the execution, to ensure projects and programmes are delivered on time and budget.
* Budget expenditure planning and management.
* Act as a point of escalation between the project managers and the Head of Asset Management and Process Digitalisation team
* Definition of programme priorities and alignment of project teams
* Point of contact with relevant Ferrovial Business Unit stakeholders and project sponsors to align on priorities and scope.
* Projects and programmes reporting and escalation at steering committee level.
Experience and competences
* More than 3 years of experience as programme manager and at least 5 years experience as a project manager in areas related to new technologies and innovation in the infrastructure and mobility sector.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Civil Engineering or similar.
* Experience and knowledge in the life cycle of an infrastructure (design, construction, operation and maintenance) and how digital solutions can improve the management of different processes and information.
* Experience in managing complex projects and programmes both with internal teams and with external partners ecosystem, working under pressure and demanding deadlines.
* Experience in managing multiple technology projects and managing budgets to achieve them.
* Ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders
* Ability to communicate and coordinate technical teams.
* High level of English, both spoken and written. Minimum level C1.
* Analytical profile, communicator and proactive.
It will be positively valued;
* Knowledge and experience in infrastructure asset management
* Project management certifications (both agile and traditional methodologies) are a plus.
