is responsible for assisting the Global Chief Compliance Officer in assessing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring certain aspects of Grifols’ Global Ethics & Anti-corruption Compliance Program, to ensure compliance with all applicable anticorruption laws and regulations.**What your responsibilities will be**- Supporting the design, deployment and/or maintaining tools and databases for compliance tracking, monitoring and reporting processes; specially (but not limited to) Transparency reporting.- Maintaining the archive of compliance official records; and- Regularly work with other compliance staff in reviewing risk areas and providing recommendations to enhance the existing Compliance Program- Implementing and maintaining internal databases and/or spreadsheets for Global Compliance documents, information and execution of controls.- Collecting, analyzing and helping to prepare reports required for senior management, regulators and other interested bodies.- Implementing good archival practices for Global Compliance official information (compliance requests, compliance reviews, internal investigations,
etc.).- Providing support to Global Compliance staff during all internal and external audits, gathering documentation and information requested during audits, examinations or inquiries.- Supporting compliance staff in developing materials and tools to effectively communicate and train compliance requirements.- Participating in IT projects involving Compliance.- Maintaining Global Compliance cabinet within Grifols’ DCM system.- Maintaining Global Compliance space within Grifols’ portal.- Supporting Global Compliance in analysing changes in compliance obligations.- Maintaining Global Compliance trackers and action plans.**Who you are**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Auditing and/or compliance certifications (CCEP, ECOA, etc.) are desirable.- Professional experience: 1-3 years of external audit or consultancy firms and/or in-house experience, with analyst responsibilities. Compliance exposure is desirable.- Ability to multi-task on several different assignments/projects Interest in working on a global team dealing with global businesses- Languages: Must be fluent in English and Spanish (Speaking and writing).- Strong analytical abilities and process-oriented.- Advanced computer skills, including relational databases and Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, Forms..),
