Oliver James have partnered with a leading insurer who have grown considerably in recent years and are ambitious to keep this going. They are seeking to add a skilled Pension Sales Manager onto their team.
It's important to note that this role will involve frequent travel nationwide.
What you can expect:
* Use industry knowledge and existing connections to drive the future growth.
* Act as a key subject matter expert in the development and promotion of the pensions offering.
* Drive the importance of the unique offering and the customer benefits, to existing broker base and expanding this base further.
* Coach and mentor, the Sales Team.
* Contribute to the constant improvement.
* Frequent travel nationwide.
What you need to apply:
* Previous experience in a sales role.
* QFA/CFP qualified.
* Experience of retail pension products, Broker distribution channels and the challenges they face in the current regulatory climate.
* Strong knowledge of technical Pension issues.
* Previous experience delivering compelling, engaging presentations.
* Full driver's licence.
