POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Sales Account Manager in our GPU Cloud Services team, you will be instrumental in driving our business growth and maintaining our position as a leading provider in the market. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Customer Outreach and Relationship Building:
* Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers across various industries that could benefit from GPU cloud services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and how our services can meet them.
* Regularly engage with clients through various communication channels to ensure consistent and effective relationship management
Market Research and Business Development:
* Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities
* Analyze the competitive landscape.
* Collaborate with internal teams for aligned business strategies.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
* Arrange and lead meetings with potential clients, effectively presenting our GPU cloud solutions and demonstrating their value.
* Tailor presentations and proposals to address the specific needs and concerns of each client.
* Negotiate contract terms and close deals, balancing client satisfaction with company profitability.
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration:
* Liaise with internal teams for customer satisfaction and feedback incorporation.
* Facilitate communication between clients and technical teams.
* Contribute to product development with market insights.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
* Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to understand effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare detailed reports on account status
* Manage client interactions using CRM software
Industry Networking and Representation:
* Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events
* Stay informed about industry developments and technological advancements in GPU cloud computing.
* Represent the company in a professional manner, enhancing brand recognition and credibility.
Continuous Learning and Adaptation:
* Keep abreast of new developments in cloud computing and the Nvidia ecosystem and GPU technology to maintain a competitive edge.
* Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance sales and technical skills.
* Adapt strategies and approaches in response to dynamic market conditions and client feedback.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
* 3-5 years of proven experience in the full sales life cycle, preferably within the enterprise ecosystem
* Strong understanding of cloud computing and GPU technology.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
* Proficient in CRM software and MS Office.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
