The BCF Plant is specialized in ETO (Engineering to Order) solutions for Secure Power, mainly prefabricated data centers and power modules.
Location : Sant Boi, Barcelona
Summary
Within SP-DCS-Prefabricated Modular Data Centers LoB we have identified the need of a Material Productivity Leader for BCF (Sant Boi). This position is to support the financial activities within LoB Operations team in RoW, for BCF factory.
This person will be supporting the finance team as a project controller, cost analysis, work in progress and plant KPIs.
This person will report to the Operations Director, and dotted line into finance.
Primary Responsibilities
* Contribute to closing activities.
* Contribute to project closing.
* Costs analysis (support on analyzing costs from reporting)
* Make reconciliation between ERP information and financial data
* Work in progress declaration (declare information in the ERP and prepare WIP reports)
* Support on internal processes.
* Manages and report out of key drivers: budget, deviations, orders, etc.,
Requirements:
* ADE or Economy
* Experience (3+) in finance
* Analytical skills
* Organized and detail-oriented person
* Ability to identify issues and to get into details
* Ability to support the business
* Soft skills required
* English spoken and written
* Microsoft office proficiency
* Oracle (optional) or SAP user
* Business Analytics user (tableau), optional
