Responsibilities
- Conducts initial outreach to candidates, informing them of the available opportunities and assessing their interest for short-term and long-term operational job opportunities.
- Reviews and screens resumes to identify candidates that meet the job qualifications and company culture fit for the available operational roles.
- Conducts thorough initial screening calls with candidates to assess their qualifications, motivations, and cultural fit.
- Reaches out to passive and active candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn messages, and direct face-to-face interaction to discuss potential job opportunities, especially for short-term assignment.
- Conducts regular market analysis on contingent workers and operational roles staffing to stay informed on candidate availability, salary trends, and industry hiring practices.
- Participates in recruitment-related special projects, such as internship programs or job fairs for talents in the area of logistics, industrial and skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
- Addresses issues that arise during the recruitment process and supports the actions for improvement.
Qualifications
- Requires basic conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline.
- Performs assignments using existing procedures.
- Receives guidance and direction from more senior level roles/manager within the discipline.
