Administrative Assistant
to join our team at our office in
Centro Nórdico, Mijas
.
Main Responsibilities:
- Handling emails, calls, and scheduling
- Data entry and maintaining records
- Assisting with invoicing and basic bookkeeping
- Supporting daily office operations
- Liaising with clients and suppliers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office role
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish and other languages is a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Good organizational and time management skills
