What will be your day-to-day?
As a Customer Service Representative DACH (M/F/D), you will:
* Answer all incoming phone calls, providing technical information and/or placing orders into the system to meet customer expectations.
* Respond to customer requests and resolve their issues by providing product and service information, serving as a liaison between customers and different departments.
* Control stock and back orders, follow up on deliveries, and process returned items, ensuring clients receive their needed items on time while complying with company policies.
* Set up new accounts, maintain records, and perform related administrative duties to ensure all data is accurate.
You are the perfect match if:
You have:
* At least 2 years of experience in a high-end customer service role, ideally in a customer-facing position.
* Experience working with operative systems.
* Some knowledge of the medical device industry (a plus).
* Native-level German (mandatory).
