Overview Scrum Master con francés role at Inetum. Location: Alicante, Valencian Community, Spain. Highly motivated to guide agile teams in delivering high-quality products. Responsible for facilitating the Scrum framework, removing impediments, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring effective collaboration between teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
Remove impediments that block team progress.
Encourage self-organization and ongoing value delivery.
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure product objectives clarity and backlog prioritization.
Promote an agile culture within the team and organization.
Coach the team in adopting agile practices and Scrum.
Mediate and manage conflicts within the team to improve productivity.
Ensure transparency of Sprint progress using agile tools and metrics.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master.
Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
Certification: CSM, PSM or similar (desirable).
Facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with agile tools (primarily JIRA and Confluence).
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Bilingual Spanish-French (French minimum C1).
Residency near Alicante is a plus due to on-site presence with the team.
