As a Medical Advisor, you join a multidisciplinary medical team to support global health and wellness programs. You will ensure evidence-based clinical decisions, support quality and cost containment, and drive customer satisfaction in a dynamic healthcare environment. You collaborate with nurses, physicians, and operations to improve clinical services and outcomes. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide evidence-based medical guidance on claims and clinical cases considering international standards and local regulations
• Support quality and effectiveness of case management, disease management, and other clinical services to meet quality standards
• Review clinical performance data and propose improvements for identified gaps or risks
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and operational teams to drive continuous improvement in Clinical Operations
• Lead defined workstreams in quality improvement and clinical management projects through to completion
• Support cost containment through informed clinical input on targeted projects
• Act as a trusted resource and educator, developing learning content for internal and external audiences
Responsabilidades
• Medical qualification with experience in a clinical or medical advisory role
• Fluency in French and English
• Experience reviewing, investigating, and responding to clinical enquiries or complaints
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural, international environments
• Strong understanding of evidence-based medicine and clinical quality principles
• Clear communication skills to explain clinical decisions to diverse audiences
• Ability to manage competing priorities with attention to detail and quality
