Role Objective
We are currently looking for a motivated Commercial Operations Intern to join our team in Madrid and support the commercial area of the Mexican portfolio. In this role, you will assist the sales team with operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth customer management processes and efficient coordination of daily commercial activities. You will play a key role in supporting client operations, resolving order-related issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the commercial department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Follow-up and resolution of order-related incidents (damaged products, missing items, delivery status updates, etc.)
- Request and follow-up of credit notes and reimbursements
- Creation and updating of customer accounts in the system
- General administrative support for the commercial area
Skills & Competencies
Required / Strongly Preferred:
- Mandatory: Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or master's program.
- Professional-level English (written and spoken).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Intermediate Excel skills (tables, basic formulas, data tracking).
- Clear communication and teamwork mindset.
- Proactive attitude, sense of urgency, and analytical thinking.
