Continuous Improvement Consultant
Level: Senior Manager, Quality
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional global teams through the DMAIC cycle to identify non-value-added activities, eliminate waste, and evaluate opportunities for process improvement.
- Support productivity improvement initiatives and assist sites in achieving annual performance objectives.
- Drive a culture of data-based decision-making across both transactional and manufacturing processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, uncover root causes, and recommend predictive and preventive actions to improve reliability and reduce process variation.
- Help establish and sustain a culture of continuous improvement across integral operations.
- Provide training and coaching on data analysis, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma tools.
- Develop and implement sustainability plans to ensure improvements are embedded into day-to-day operations.
- Lead and support the definition, development, and implementation of performance improvement strategies across multiple locations.
- Collaborate with and influence senior leadership on improvement opportunities, translating business objectives into actionable project deliverables.
