**YOUR TASKS**:
- Coordinate all After Sales business needs with the rest of the Aftermarket Sales team areas that need to be involved, each Service Region and the rest of the corporate functions that must be align in order to ensure a proper deliver of Customer needs and requests in time and according to customer expectations adding value to the Aftermarket Sales Business.
- Set the After Sales Portfolio with the appropriate list of references, costs, proposed margins with contractual terms and conditions.
- Track each customer requests, offers submitted, POs accepted, ratios and indicators of POs/Offers, coordinate the delivery and invoicing and close the loop with customer survey over the After Sales Services provided with recommended improving actions.
- Set a Product Database with updated costs of products and clear references of Delivery times and Risks per component and supplier, all according to frame agreements set alongside the General Functions with each supplier.
- Support and develop in coordination with the Regions the local After Sales organization in order to provide continuous Support and maximize the POs acceptance ratio with no customer request not being attended in time.
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration and/or economics will be the preferred one considering.
- To be eligible for the internship, you must not have completed your bachelor's or master's degree more than 3 years ago.
- Knowledge of turbine and wind energy fundamentals will be an advantage.
- MS Office proficient; SAP will be valuable.
- English is mandatory.
- Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time, persistent and resilient.
- Highly motivated, good judgment and decision making.

- Strong sense of organization and planning.
