As part of our team, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for key technical roles at Tupl both for US and Spain, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and strategic alignment with the company's growth objectives
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute recruitment strategies for
IT profiles
(e.g., Data Engineers, AI Engineer, Backend/Frontend Developers, Project Managers, etc).
* Manage the
full recruitment cycle:
job posting, sourcing, interviewing, coordination with hiring managers, and offer management.
* Collaborate with technical teams to understand role-specific
requirements.
* Design and maintain proactive talent
pipelines for strategic tech roles,
anticipating future hiring needs.
* Create and manage segmented candidate pools based on technology stack, experience level, and availability.
* Optimize the use of
ATS tools
and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Personio, etc)
* Represent Tupl at tech job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
* Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes.
* Ensure compliance with labor regulations and collective agreement standards.
* Conduct benchmarking of roles, compensation, and recruitment practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market trends.
About you
Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years in IT recruitment, ideally within tech companies or consulting environments.
* Proven success in hiring for complex technical roles.
* Experience in USA recruitment/market is a plus. r
Skills & Knowledge:
* Proficiency in sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
* Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
* Strong understanding of the tech talent market (local and international).
