As a Customer Service Representative in our team, you will: - Handle calls through CRM agent portal - Create quotations and orders via SAP system - Provide first level technical assistance to help customers identify their requirements for products and services We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn. Have a proficient or bilingual level of Hungarian and Romanian, and advanced English - Are minimum a high school graduate - Have an interest in the technical field and a willingness to stay in the project for at least 2 years is of great importance - Are customer oriented, have excellent communication skills and have a commercial attitude and awareness - We challenge conventions to deliver outcomes unimagined by creating customer experiences that go beyond WOW.
