We are looking for a hands-on PMO / Project Coordinator to support the delivery of a key IT programme for an international environment.
This is a freelance contract role for someone who enjoys organisation, coordination, governance, and keeping complex project activities on track. The position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.

Responsibilities
* Support overall programme governance and coordination
* Maintain visibility across scope, activities, milestones, and dependencies
* Organise delivery planning and task orchestration
* Prepare workstream status reports and RAID logs
* Track milestones, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
* Coordinate meetings, scheduling, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions
* Ensure project documentation is maintained and updated
* Follow up on actions and drive accountability across stakeholders
* Support collaboration between different workstreams and teams
Requirements
* 5–10 years of experience in PMO, Project Coordination, or Project Management support roles
* Previous experience supporting IT, digital, or transformation projects
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience with project governance and reporting
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments
* Fluent English required
* Based in Spain or France, with ability to travel onsite to Palma
Preferred
* Experience in international programme environments
* Consulting or large-scale transformation project exposure
* Strong proficiency with project tracking and reporting tools
