About the Role
SEAT is looking for a recent graduate with automotive and strategy experience to join our exclusive Trainee program in Presidency, specifically within the Corporate Strategy area. The role supports the development and execution of corporate strategy through strategic analysis and high‑quality deliverables. Key responsibilities include:

- Generating insights from public sources and internal data to inform decision‑making.
- Preparing executive materials and corporate strategy documents aligned with top management priorities.
- Managing ad‑hoc strategic projects commissioned by the Presidency or Executive Committee.
- Leading multidisciplinary initiatives while coordinating multiple areas to ensure alignment and results.
- Providing reports, trend analysis, and strategic studies to the Presidency.
- Contributing to corporate governance by supporting Board processes, ensuring coordination of inputs and consistency of documentation.

What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Political Science or similar disciplines. Postgraduate education in strategy, management or digital transformation is an advantage.
Languages: Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level). Additional languages such as German are a plus.
Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, ability to synthesize complex information, proactive and curious mindset, high adaptability, clear communication skills (written and presentation), collaborative team player comfortable in cross‑functional environments and managing multiple priorities.

- Exposure to strategic or analytical work in corporate or consulting environments.
- Experience in market research, competitive analysis or external environment assessment.
- Preparation of structured presentations or materials for decision‑making contexts.
- Participation in cross‑functional initiatives or projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in dynamic, fast‑paced environments with evolving priorities.
- Interaction with different levels of the organization, contributing to alignment and project execution.
Additional: International experience (academic exchanges or integral environments) is highly valued. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is expected;
familiarity with digital or AI‑based tools is a plus.
How is the Selection Process?
After pre‑selection, candidates undergo personal interviews and an online test. Selected candidates are invited to an assessment centre.
