At JTI we celebrate differences, and everyone truly belongs. **46,000 people from all over the world** are continuously building their unique success story with us.** 83% of employees feel happy**working at JTI.To make a difference with us, all you need to do is bring your **human best.****RRP Consumer Experience Associate****Position purpose**:Provide support to the RRP Iberia team in the execution of Consumer Experience (CX) plans, ensuring they are delivered on time, within agreed budgets, and executed with excellence.**What will you do - responsibilities**:- Activation: Execute the CX plan in close partnership with internal stakeholders, including (Marketing, Digital, Consumer, Sales, PPO, Legal and HQ).- Monitoring: Prepare market analysis & field visits to assess how each assigned project contributes to achieving target results throughout different phases of the consumer journey (awareness, trial, acquisition, and retention).- Finance: Handle the entire payment process for CX initiatives, including the inclusion of POs, PRs, and GRs in the system, ensuring execution aligns with the planned investment strategies for his/her designed market.- Agencies Coordination: Conduct follow-up and feedback meetings with agencies involved in the project to ensure the correct execution of the planned activation strategies supporting the CX Manager.- Liaise with other internal departments providing support in category knowledge and best practice to ensure coherent and consistent merchandising and promotional strategies are delivered to support the launch.**Who are we looking for - requirements**:- University Degree- +2 years relevant experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing in FMCG, Consumer Electronics or Distribution/Retail multinational companies.- Previous experience in consumer experience, partnerships/festivals/horecas would be a plus.- Fluency in English and local language- Curious, versátil and able to enjoy operating in a dynamic environment**Recruitment process**:Thank you very much for your interest in the role.
