Job DescriptionJob Description:MissionAHE SAP technical and functional responsible for Finance, key user for P11 Cost Accounting, in charge of hourly rates design, construction, implementation and audit for the technical issues, Central Controlling Control Tower, Transversal projects, Reporting, Analysis and actions implementation and the subsequent follow ups.Main responsibilitiesAHE SAP Functional and technical responsible for P11 Cost AccountingAnalytical accounting designer according to company and group Airbus Helicopters requirements.Evaluate the demands from the internal customers, transforms the essence into an abstract and algorithmic business model.
Identified the requirements and transforms them into logical and technical views.Generate knowledge about the current business process, design current business flows and study current business processes and its implicationsMaintenance of SAP in terms of quality and coherence.Responsible SAP functions and processes that will generate the data and output for business.Implementation of continuous improvements.Assist in the development of requirements and specifications (transversal projects)AHE Finance P11/BW/IFRP focal point for AHG.P11 Cost Accounting Key User.
Act like issues solver and filter them (if needed) with IS.
Changes request creator and validator for Cost Accounting.Day-to-day P11 Cost Accounting support.Responsible for the continuous knowledge update of the P11 Cost Accounting community in AHE.User training.Owner of P11 Cost Accounting Jobs and responsible for validating the authorisations requests.Monthly / Annual financial closingTo lead and coordinate the financial monthly and annual SAP P11 closing.Final SAP P11 output quality responsible.Issues solving during Monthly End Closing critical dates.Focal point and coordinator for any issue/doubt and technical decision.Hourly ratesIn charge of hourly rates simulation, construction and analysis.Implementation of all the analytical model and distributions in P11 Cost Accounting responsible.Configuration of Material Overheads, Selling and G&A; parametrization in the system.Control the evolution and behaviour of main hourly rates KPI ´s.Attend year to date hourly rates actuals to avoid future audit problems / issues.
