PbProduct Training Specialist /b /ppbr/ppAbout the role /ppbr/ppWe are looking to strengthen our Product Department by incorporating a professional with experience in product development, positioning, and communication within the automotive industry, while ensuring high-quality training for internal teams and dealer networks. /ppThis role combines technical automotive knowledge with strong training and communication skills, acting as a bridge between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Operations departments in an international and fast-growing environment as the brand expands across Europe. /ppbr/ppbMain Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliSupport product strategy and vehicle positioning in the local market. /liliAnalyze competitors, market trends, and customer needs. /liliPrepare vehicle benchmarking and product comparison studies. /liliCoordinate product information with headquarters and internal teams. /liliParticipate in the launch of new models and technologies. /liliEnsure the accuracy of specifications, equipment, and pricing information. /liliDesign and deliver product training sessions for internal teams and dealer networks. /liliCreate training materials, presentations, manuals, and technical guides. /liliTrain sales teams on vehicle technologies, competitive advantages, and brand positioning. /liliProvide product support to dealers and answer technical/commercial inquiries. /liliCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Aftersales, and HQ departments. /liliTranslate technical concepts into clear and effective commercial messages. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. /liliPrevious experience in product management and/or training within the automotive industry. /liliStrong understanding of automotive technologies, especially EV, HEV, and PHEV systems. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. /liliAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel. /liliMore than 4 years of experience in Product in OEM, with hybrid cars. /liliValid driving license. /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Competencies /b /ppbr/pulliExperience working with dealer networks and vehicle launches. /liliPublic speaking and training delivery experience. /liliCross-cultural communication skills. /liliAbility to adapt to fast-paced international environments. /liliCustomer-oriented mindset, teamwork, and attention to detail. /li /ulpbr/ppbLanguages /b /ppbr/pulliEnglish level C1 (mandatory for communication with HQ and international teams). /liliSpanish level C2 / bilingual proficiency required for fluent communication. /li /ul
