Job Description
At KROWN, we are looking for an Industrial Machinery Project Manager to coordinate industrial machinery projects for aluminium foundries from start to finish.
In your day-to-day work, you will plan and monitor deadlines, costs and project scope, coordinating internal engineering, production and technical service teams, Implementing process improvements and efficiency methodologies and Prepare progress reports and present results to management You will also maintain smooth communication with national and international clients, manage scope changes and ensure the correct commissioning of machines at the client’s plant.
We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional with strong organisational skills, leadership ability and experience in industrial environments.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Algete, Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and monitor industrial machinery projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to meet time, cost and quality objectives.
- Manage communication with clients, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, margins and deadlines.
- Manage project scope changes and support technical-commercial quotations.
- Coordinate the commissioning of machinery at the client’s facilities.
- Prepare project documentation, progress reports and presentations for management.
- Support the continuous improvement of industrial processes and project management methodologies.
Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organisation Engineering or similar.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager in industrial machinery, automation or manufacturing environments.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, monitoring and use of project management tools.
- Experience in project financial management: budgeting, cost control, margin monitoring and support in technical-commercial offers.
- Excellent communication skills with clients, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to prepare clear and structured reports.
- High level of English, B2 or above. Other languages will be valued.
- Results-oriented, proactive and able to travel occasionally to clients and plants.
