What do we expect from you?
**Key responsibilities**:
Role modeling leadership and support for QHSE culture
Working as part of the Subsurface Team to develop and implement Division objectives
Supporting Algeria Production Unit in Reservoir Engineering tasks
Interfacing with related internal stakeholders
Algeria Fields’ RE opportunities identification, prioritization and maturation
Using of Digital/Data Management best practices for Algeria RE activities
Identifying RE risks and potential mitigation actions for Algeria Fields
Working in adherence to the reservoir management processes
What are we looking for?
Engineering degree and 5+ years of Reservoir Engineering experience.
Experience on estimation of Reserves & Resources is preferred as well as working across multiple countries/basins and the E&P; lifecycle.
High level of English
Proven track record for use of general Reservoir engineering tools and skills: Reservoir Simulation, Production Transient Analysis, Fluids analyses, Rock properties..., etc.
Clear understanding/use of risk and uncertainty concepts in RE work
Knowledge of field production operations and of automation and digitally enabled ways of working are preferred.
