What You’ll Do
1. Work closely with Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support project delivery.
2. Manage your time effectively to focus on coding and supporting junior members.
3. Collaborate with the DevOps team to maintain tasks.
4. Make architectural decisions considering the future growth of the business.
What We Are Looking For
1. Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies.
2. Expertise in Design Patterns.
3. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
4. Experience with Security protocols.
5. Specialization in Backend and Frontend development areas.
6. Experience in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
7. Understanding of client requirements' benefits and weaknesses.
8. Knowledge of technology trade-offs.
9. Experience leading teams, task allocation, risk identification, decision making, and conflict management.
10. Experience in client, user, and stakeholder meetings.
