- Providing support via phone & email
- Troubleshooting technical issues
- Assisting with onboarding and product-related questions
- Delivering high-quality customer service
- Working closely with a collaborative international team
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent Dutch & English
- Plus German or Swedish (B2/C1 level)
- Experience in customer service or technical support
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and systems
- Open to working in a 24/7 shift environment
