Experteer Overview As a Merchandising Consultant at RELEX, you will guide software implementation projects from discovery to post-implementation support. You’ll perform strategic to operational business analysis and design RELEX solutions to meet customer needs. You may also support the sales process with solution positioning, ROI analyses, and RFIs. - Lead and participate in consultancy, data analysis, and software implementation projects across the customer journey
- Run workshops, analyze data and KPIs, and present findings to operational and management levels
- Configure RELEX tools to match customer specifications and train users
- Provide ongoing user support and manage post-project customer relationships
- Gather requirements, develop, test, and train customers on solutions
- Suggest new RELEX practices, modules, or solutions to enhance value
- Develop value delivery roadmaps with customers and support measurable outcomes
- Support sales as a merchandising subject matter expert
- Engage in industry or RELEX events and contribute to sales/admin tasks as neededResponsabilidades
- University degree in Industrial Management or Business Administration or 5+ years of retail experience
- Experience with a grocery/CPG/FMCG retailer or supplier
- Strong interest in retail technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand Merchandising systems from business and IT perspectives
- Confident interaction with customer stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial attitude with growth focus
