In this role you drive growth for Nalco Water in Europe’s Data Center and High Tech segments, acting as a trusted adviser to strategic prospects. You will lead prospecting, manage a healthy pipeline, and craft tailored solutions that combine chemistry, equipment, and services with digital tools. You collaborate across technical and commercial teams to win complex deals and advance sustainability goals. This role offers visibility with hyperscalers and colocation providers, and a chance to shape how data centers value water.

• Lead business development in Europe for Data Center u0026 High Tech segments
• Serve as main contact for strategic prospects including hyperscalers and colocation providers
• Act as a brand ambassador with focus on safety, sustainability, water efficiency and innovation
• Proactively prospect: generate qualified leads, visit non-buying customers, expand market presence
• Manage a substantial pipeline and deliver accurate sales forecasts
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans targeting high-priority opportunities
• Build networks with key decision makers and technical influencers
• Apply industry knowledge and consultative sales to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations, supply chain) to secure new business and support xpzdshu complex proposals
Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of B2B industrial sales experience with a consultative approach
• University degree in a scientific or technical field (Engineering or Chemistry preferred)
• Strong communication and execution capabilities
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel across Europe
• Ideally experience or knowledge of water treatment or related industrial sectors
