In willjoin a transversal team providing operational, administrative, and coordination support to complex projects involving institutional and industrial stakeholders.
Your responsabilities will include:
1. Contribute to the day-to-day coordination and administrative support of projects
2. Support the preparation, organisation, and follow-up of project progress meetings with customers, consortium partners, and internal stakeholders.
3. Draft and maintain meeting minutes, action lists, internal notes, and other project support documentation.
4. Assist in the preparation of progress reports and related reporting material, including support to schedule and risk follow-up.
5. Help ensure traceability, consistency, and availability of project information and documentation.
6. Identify organisational or procedural inefficiencies and propose practical improvements to support project execution.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for graduates in Engineering, Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with an interest in project management.
We will value:
7. Professional experience in project support, project coordination, PMO activities, project administration, or project control.
Experience supporting projects, ideally in international and multi-stakeholder environments.
8. Good understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, reporting, risk follow-up, deliverables tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
9. Excellent written and spoken English.
10. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management, customers, consortium partners, and internal stakeholders.
Additionally, the following will be considered an advantage:
11. Experience in the space, defence, security, transportation, telecom, or other highly regulated engineering sectors.
12. Experience in international projects.
13. Experience with document management and/or configuration management support.
14. Familiarity with Microsoft Project or similar planning tools.
15. Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
16. Knowledge of additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German.
17. Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent will be considered an asset.
