About The Job
As part of the EVAI Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for Demand & Supply Planning for the Evian Export business in EVAI export countries. You will collaborate directly with local teams (Sales, Marketing & Finance) and the Export team based in Evian. You report to the Zone & Subzones Director and are functionally accountable to the Export Demand & Supply Manager based in Evian.
Responsibilities
* Co build our Sales Forecast
o Perform past sales analysis & define baseline
o Commercial & Marketing plan impact estimation vs baseline
o Follow and improve forecast accuracy (country and regional level)
o Monitor & perform shipment forecast analysis
o Challenge depletions forecast
* Animate local forecast process (GPS)
o Monthly meeting with Sales & Finance team to review month results & YTG forecast
o Argue to align everyone on the most accurate figure
o Follow gap between latest forecast & business target, investigate and explain variations
* Supply Planning and Replenishment Management
o Manage replenishments to ensure sufficient local inventory levels
o Define and maintain relevant local inventory policy
o Plan product switches and launches according to marketing plans
o Liaise with distributor to obtain stock reports and improve overall efficiency
o Monitor stock variation (vs forecast, operations constraints) and avoid OOS at any cost
o Secure weekly system updates (stock/forecast/in‑transit) and explain variations
o Communicate portfolio with partners and explain relevant information (gaps, etc.)
* Stock Management
o Liaise with distributor to obtain stock reports and improve overall efficiency
o Monitor stock variation (vs forecast, operations constraints) and avoid OOS at any cost
o Provide most updated picture on stock into internal Danone system
o Identify potential bottlenecks and process optimization to improve efficiency
o Analyze KPIs with an end‑to‑end approach
o Contribute to Route To Market improvement

o Stock (OOS rate, stock level)
o Customer service level (in collaboration with CS team)

o Improve RTM and related initiatives
Qualifications
* 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Operations or Supply Chain, preferably within a strong multinational FMCG company.

* Task prioritization & project management.

* Fluency in English and Spanish (compulsory).
