We are currently looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist (US Support) to join our Finance team in Rubí (Barcelona) and provide key support to our US subsidiary. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and performance of the Accounts Receivable function, while acting as a trusted partner to both internal stakeholders and key customers.
Your mission
* Lead end-to-end Accounts Receivable activities, ensuring accuracy across billing, posting, reconciliation, and reporting
* Manage customer accounts within the US market, proactively resolving discrepancies and supporting timely collections
* Oversee cash application processes, ensuring correct allocation of incoming payments in SAP
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, and After-Sales teams to address and resolve complex issues
* Monitor credit risk, manage blocked accounts, and contribute to decisions on credit limits and payment terms
* Perform detailed account reconciliations and provide visibility on key customer accounts
* Drive continuous improvement of processes, controls, and reporting within the AR function
What we’re looking for
* Solid experience in Accounts Receivable within an international environment (exposure to US markets is highly valued)
* Strong knowledge of AR processes, including reconciliations, collections, and credit management
* Advanced Excel skills and experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a strong plus)
* Fluent English (C1-C2) with the ability to communicate effectively with US stakeholders
* Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment
