Regional Total Rewards Director
We are on the lookout for a Regional Total Rewards Director to join the Global Total Rewards team in Barcelona on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences. Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy aligned with the organization’s objectives, ensuring we follow global guidelines, maintain compliance, and incorporate industry best practices.
* Attract and guide talent to match these roles, both internally and externally, fostering high engagement and performance.
* Align regional compensation teams and CHROs with the new strategy.
* Develop, define, and communicate the new TR process, ensuring agility, compliance, data insights, and data accuracy.
* Define, develop, and implement the product/system to drive the new process, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
* Ensure new strategy adoption in all entities.
* Manage regional benefits strategy and vendors to create the best EVP for employees at the best possible cost.
* Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to streamline rewards workflows, from data modeling to scaling internal communications.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in Total Rewards, specifically within high-growth tech or multi-brand environments.
* Full responsibility for the European rewards landscape, owning solutions from ideation to delivery.
* Leadership that inspires high-performing, inclusive teams.
* Hands‑on experience running pay review cycles in Workday or similar, leveraging tech to drive efficiency.
* Knowledge of job architecture, salary ranges, pay equity, and designing systems that are fair, transparent, and bias-free.
