We are a rapidly growing IT services firm in India, known for delivering high-quality global technology solutions. We are seeking a results-driven, bilingual (Spanish/English) Project Manager to oversee multiple concurrent software and digital transformation initiatives for a key client in Mexico.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in delivering Web, Mobile, E-Commerce, Cloud, and CRM projects, and must understand the key concepts and terminology associated with these domains. Unlike a traditional single-project PM role, this position is not responsible for detailed day-to-day tracking of any specific project. Instead, the Project Manager will work horizontally across all active initiatives, ensuring consistency, coordination, and operational excellence across teams.
Project Support Across Multiple Initiatives:
~ Support multiple project teams simultaneously, without direct ownership of any single project. Provide cross-functional assistance with project planning, coordination, reporting, and risk management.
Cross-Cultural Communication & Liaison (The Bridge):
Serve as the Spanish-speaking contact for client stakeholders in Mexico.
Manage cultural and time zone differences to maintain effective delivery communication.
Client & Stakeholder Management (The Authority):
Act as the primary point of accountability for project performance and delivery updates.
Present project status and health reports to client leadership (C-level, VPs, Directors).
Handle escalations, risk management, and client satisfaction initiatives.
Operational & Delivery Oversight:
Collaborate with the India-based Technical Director, Delivery Manager, and Scrum Master to align execution with client expectations.
Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while maintaining high quality standards.
Apply program management and continuous improvement principles to optimize cross-border operations.
Identify and drive process and delivery improvements across global operations.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; MBA preferred. PMP/PSM or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience: 7+ years of IT project management experience, including at least 3 years managing large-scale digital transformation projects.
Technical Understanding: The ideal candidate will have experience delivering Web, Mobile, E-Commerce, Cloud, and CRM projects, with a solid grasp of the associated methodologies, terms, and best practices.
Professional fluency in both Spanish (native or near-native) and English.
Skills: Ability to communicate strategic insights effectively with senior stakeholders and manage large, multi-disciplinary teams.
Background as a Business Analyst or Developer (Frontend/Backend).
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Understanding of IT Services contracts, invoicing, and commercial terms.
