You'll be responsible for :
Outbound Sales :
Actively prospecting and engaging with potential customers to identify and close sales opportunities for on-demand service contracts and maintenance / repair services.Inbound Sales :
Handling incoming customer inquiries, providing product information, and addressing customer needs effectively.Customer Relationship Management :
Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and proactively offering solutions.Sales Funnel Management :
Managing your own sales pipeline, tracking progress, and ensuring timely follow-up.Collaboration :
Working closely with cross-functional teams, including customer care, engineering, and field service, to deliver exceptional customer experiences.RequirementsYour Experience, Our FutureLanguage Skills :
Fluency in German and English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Sales Acumen :
