As Manager Data Governance, you will lead the GTR data governance and engineering vertical, owning data delivery from Bronze to Gold. You’ll drive governance standards, quality, metadata, lineage, and access while delivering data pipelines and semantic models. You’ll manage a mixed team and partner with business and IT stakeholders across countries to improve data integrity and accessibility. This role offers the chance to shape analytics-ready data products and support AI initiatives in a transformative, global setting. • Define and operate the global data governance framework with policies, standards, roles, and decision forums
• Own data domain onboarding, outline critical data elements, ownership, stewardship workflows, and escalation paths
• Lead and develop the Data Governance & Engineering team with clear objectives and coaching
• Establish data quality controls, dashboards, remediation workflows, and periodic assessments
• Define and enforce data access, classification, retention, and confidentiality with security and compliance teams
• Oversee metadata management, catalog adoption, business glossary, and lineage to drive transparency
• Deliver end-to-end trusted data products across Bronze, Silver, and Gold on Snowflake for analytics and AI readiness
• Define and track governance and engineering KPIs and promote adoption through training and culture
• Collaborate with cross-country stakeholders to ensure data integrity and reuse
Responsabilidades
• Strong experience in data governance, data quality management, metadata xpzdshu management, and stewardship operating models
• Solid SQL and data modeling skills, including dimensional and semantic modeling for analytics-ready datasets
• Experience with ELT/ETL patterns, orchestration, testing, and documentation
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and collaboration with platform teams on performance and access patterns
• Experience operating in a multi-country or global environment with diverse stakeholders
• Strong people and stakeholder leadership, prioritization, coaching, and cross-functional alignment
