Your role ?
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Building Connections: Proactively reaching out to potential clients to grow our business. (Market mapping, cold calling, on-site meeting, participating to market events…)
- Closing Deals: Negotiating agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Sourcing Talent: Conducting searches and selections of candidates, utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Driving Success: Taking ownership of your market sector and contributing to its dynamic growth.
- Hitting Targets: Setting ambitious goals and achieving them with support and resources at your disposal.
Your profile?
We’re Seeking Candidates With The Following Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Recruitment, IT Sales or Business Development (ideally Saas or similar industry)
- Fluent French
- Good command of English
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving goals.
- Enthusiasm, ambition, and a strong motivation to grow and succeed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
