This is a hybrid role, with 2 days WFH (Work from Home) and 3 days onsite/office. /ppbr/ppbDrawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doing: /b /ppbr/pulliProvide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Director of Sales and Growth /liliManage calendars, appointments, travel coordination, and meeting schedules across international time zones /liliOrganise team meetings, sales calls, and internal check-ins, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation /liliGather and prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and relevant paperwork for meetings /liliAssist with sales forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking /liliSupport onboarding and facilitation of new accounts, distributors, and clients /liliConduct market and competitor research to support business growth initiatives /liliCoordinate follow-up actions, monitor deliverables, and help ensure deadlines are achieved /liliMaintain accurate records, systems, and documentation /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams /liliProvide project coordination and administrative support across various business initiatives /liliSupport ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout You /b /ppbr/ppYou are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead. /ppYou enjoy supporting senior leaders, building strong working relationships, and bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-moving environment. You are approachable, collaborative, and communicate confidently with people across all levels of the business. /ppYou thrive in team environments, enjoy working with others, and contribute positively to workplace culture through your professionalism, reliability, and willingness to support wherever needed. /ppbr/ppbFurther to that, our ideal candidate will have: /b /ppbr/pulli5+ years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Sales Administration, or similar senior support role preferred /liliExperience supporting senior executives or leadership teams /liliStrong administrative, coordination, and project management skills /liliExcellent organisational and time management abilities /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills /liliConfidence preparing reports, presentations, and business documentation /liliProficiency across Microsoft Office and CRM systems /liliAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team /liliHigh attention to detail and strong problem-solving capability /liliExperience working across international markets or time zones preferred /liliA proactive, adaptable, and collaborative approach /liliExperience supporting premium consumer, FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, or global retail brands is highly regarded, particularly within commercially driven and brand-focused environments /liliA positive, and team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships across the business /li /ulpbr/ppIf you’re looking to join a collaborative, fast-paced global business where you can make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to apply. /p
