This is a hybrid role, with 2 days WFH (Work from Home) and 3 days onsite/office. /ppbr/ppbDrawing on your toolkit of experience, here is what you will be doing: /b /ppbr/pulliProvide day-to-day executive and administrative support to the Director of Sales and Growth /liliManage calendars, appointments, travel coordination, and meeting schedules across international time zones /liliOrganise team meetings, sales calls, and internal check-ins, including preparing agendas and supporting documentation /liliGather and prepare reports, presentations, forecasts, and relevant paperwork for meetings /liliAssist with sales forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking /liliSupport onboarding and facilitation of new accounts, distributors, and clients /liliConduct market and competitor research to support business growth initiatives /liliCoordinate follow-up actions, monitor deliverables, and help ensure deadlines are achieved /liliMaintain accurate records, systems, and documentation /liliCollaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams /liliProvide project coordination and administrative support across various business initiatives /liliSupport ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required /li /ulpbr/ppbAbout You /b /ppbr/ppYou are highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a natural ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead. /ppYou enjoy supporting senior leaders, building strong working relationships, and bringing structure and efficiency to a fast-moving environment.
