SAP EWM Manager – Accenture España
Overview
Join us at Accenture España to work at the heart of change within our Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH), a part of the Europe Strategy & Consulting practice. This role is within the Supply Chain & Operations function, in the Fulfillment team, helping clients drive efficiencies and develop competitive advantages through the transformation of logistics, transportation, warehousing, global trade, and distribution capabilities.
What you will do
Support Accenture clients to define their future logistics technology landscape and select appropriate logistics solutions to optimize their logistics networks for enhanced customer centricity, efficiency, resilience, responsiveness, and sustainability.
Design improved warehouse management processes and business requirements to achieve client business objectives, leveraging SAP EWM and integration with the client technology landscape.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of the new processes and solutions (especially SAP EWM), including solution detailed design, development/configuration, fit‐gap analysis, master data preparation, user acceptance testing, change management, go‐live readiness, and early‐operations support.
Lead large global or regional projects, managing project scope, budget, plan, workstreams and team, and ensuring client expectations are met.
Support Accenture business development activities by building proposals describing Accenture services and solutions in response to client needs, typically as part of a competitive RFP process.
Stay up to date with warehousing leading practices, new technology developments and innovations, and drive innovative initiatives with Accenture's ecosystem partners.

What you need
Minimum 6 years' experience in management or systems implementation consulting, or leading transformative projects with implementation of Transportation Management Systems.
Hands‐on experience leading global or regional implementations of SAP EWM; experience with other logistics software is a plus.
Strong understanding of logistics and warehousing processes and technology solutions, and a passion for continuously learning about innovations and new developments.
Fluent understanding of Supply Chain concepts and how logistics and warehousing impact the overall supply chain.
Analytical mindset and ability to work in a creative yet highly structured manner in problem‐solving.
Excellent teamwork and ability to work in a distributed project delivery environment.Deep understanding of urgency and ownership with limited supervision; goal‐driven.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a multicultural, multi‐skilled environment.
Fluent (oral and written) in English; other languages are considered a plus.
Experience supervising a large and distributed project team.
Business development and negotiation skills.
We are delivering our work mostly in hybrid mode, mixing remote and onsite work. ICH Europe's way of working is based on advisory services and often requires travel and close collaboration with clients in their offices. Willingness and flexibility to work at client locations mostly across Europe, and sometimes elsewhere for short or long term, may be required. Please note you need to be based in a specific city near Accenture sites to commute to the office when needed.
